The Toyota N80 Hilux  factory intercooler piping isn’t the best and we know it… The factory pipes are renowned for separating at metal fitting that has been moulded to the OEM silicone pipe causing boost and oil leak’s.

We have developed another way to fix the ever breaking Toyota Hilux Intercooler Pipes without having to replace the factory intercooler. Our CNC fitting fit directly to the OEM intercooler re using the factory C clips along with quality clamps and silicone hoses, this has no chance of coming off or leaking.

(We have seen a similar design flaw with the Nissan Navara NP300 Euro fitting(s) (also found on BMW / Mercedes / Renault and many other European car manufactures) and have succeeded in eliminating similar issues.)

Does not suit Fortuner, Prado etc as the head lights are all different and the piping does not fit.
