The 2022 onwards Next Gen Ranger CRG Exhaust System, is the ideal upgrade for your vehicle. This aftermarket exhaust system produces a more pronounced sound compared to the factory system, making your Next Gen Ford Ranger stand out wherever you go.

Importantly NO ENGINE lights with a true 3.5 inch exhaust, we have matched the required back pressure the ecu requires with out using internal restrictor plates or reduced exhaust flow to create back pressure. Our design uses a venturi flow port to match the factory muffler back pressure to ensure there is no engine light caused by removing the muffler and or changing the exhaust.

Made in Australia from premium-grade 304 stainless steel, the CRG exhaust system is built to endure even the most demanding off-road conditions. The mandrel-bent tubing guarantees maximum air flow and optimal sound.

The 3.5″ Stainless Steel Straight through pipe for the Ford Ranger Next Gen system gives the V6 that exhaust note it was missing from the factory without that annoying drone. The exhaust exits the same as OEM.

Mandrel bends take the pipe work up over the diff and v band joins to make it super easy to fit.

(A system with muffler can be added but is quiet as factory)

A dyno chart is showing in the images, we have run 10 different Rangers and Everests on the dyno before and after our exhaust install and have seen a 9hp average increase in power and even more torque due to the factory muffler being very very restrictive, a heat mark can be seen on the factory muffler where it heavily restricts flow.
