The factory intercooler pipe after the intercooler is known as being a massive problem. From the factory they seem to be ok, but if it has been removed once in its life, it just never seems to hold on again and can become a reoccurring issue. Our Isuzu NPS truck Intercooler cold side upgrade pipe kit will eliminate this problem for good.

Our pipe work is aluminum, with mandrel bends, conical pipe expansion and CNC machined aluminum fitting for the factory sensor. The silicone joiner supplied  may need to be cut and shortened as there can be a variance difference due to the years of the truck.

There are two variations of this kit: make sure to order the correct one 

• Pre 2018 – Can be 2.5″ or 2.75″ intercooler outlet we send silicone joiners to suit both
• Post 2018 Onwards
