CRG Intercooler kit utilises PWRs world class Intercooler to ensure the best cooling possible for the intake temperatures.
COMPLETELY 100% hand made on the Gold Coast Australia, custom made intercooler core and end tanks to suit the CRG specs for the NP300, this intercooler can no be bought off the shelf, it is available through CRG only. Aerospace grade CNC machined fittings and Tig welded aluminium.
We worked with PWR to maximise cooling and flow, within our requirements to ensure factory fit also bull bars and winches with No affect on factory Radar and cameras.
Easy DIY fitment, these have been fitted on home driveways with ease for several years proving to be the absolute best quality, design and fitment making it the best product in its category on the market.

Will Fit Mercedes X250 with factory modification to the bumper bar mounts and bracing that holds internal polystyrene structure.

BULL BAR FITMENT*

Our intercooler kit is designed to fit with the factory Navara bumper bar, it will also fit with some aftermarket bull bars with smaller mounting brackets.

We know This kit suits Ironman Commercial Deluxe, Shoreline*, PSR Ambush and a few other bull bars that mount on the front face of the chassis rail but we recommend our bull bar specific kit if you are unsure of the mountings.

This kit does not fit aftermarket bull bars with over sized mountings that are inboard of the chassis rail where the intercooler piping needs to go.

When installing it is important to ensure there is 10-15mm of clearance between the intercooler pipes and anything else around it to ensure there will be no fouling and damage to the piping.

*Shoreline bull bars will require a small amount of grinding to remove around 10mm of material where the pipes pass the bull bar to ensure they don't rub)

Please note We have found that WARN winches DO NOT fit with internally mounted winch position in most bull bar and with our intercooler piping. Warn winches are too wide and do not suit the application, Similar issue with winches that have there control box built into the end cap of the winch, there overall width is too wide for internal fitment

Some bull bars do require minor material removal on the side of the bull bar beams and or mounting brackets that are unnecessarily over sized.

BODY LIFT

This kit is made for NON body lift vehicles. But it will also suit a 1″ inch body lift but may need a longer 2.5 inch silicone joiner on the passenger side.

PWR Street Series Core vs Racer Series Core?

The PWR Racer Series core is statistically up to 60% lighter and 8% more efficient due to PWR’s extruded light weight tube design. This helps lower temps even quicker again especially in low range driving start stop, eliminating the need for fans and fancy gimmicks. Regardless of which intercooler you choose, fans are not need with either one of our Nissan Navara NP300 intercooler kits. Is it worth the difference? If you want the best of the best from the best for your car, then yes the Racer is the way to go!
