CRG Intercooler kit utilises PWRs world class Intercooler to ensure the best cooling possible for the intake temperatures.
COMPLETELY 100% hand made on the Gold Coast Australia, custom made intercooler core and end tanks to suit the CRG specs for the NP300, this intercooler can no be bought off the shelf, it is available through CRG only.  Aerospace grade CNC machined fittings and Tig welded aluminium.
We worked with PWR to maximise cooling and flow, within our requirements to ensure factory fit also bull bars and winches with No affect on factory Radar and cameras.
Easy DIY fitment, these have been fitted on home driveways with ease for several years proving to be the absolute best quality, design and fitment making it the best product in its category on the market.

BULL BAR FITMENT

If you have an Ironman Commercial Deluxe Bull bar you can either use our standard kit or this Bull bar specific kit, the Ironman Bull bar does not affect the intercooler in either kit.

This variant of our intercooler kit is made specifically for 2020 onward Series 5 NP300 with the factory Nissan or PremCar Pro4X Warrior Bull Bar & Jungle 4×4 Bull Bar. These bull bars have substantially different internal mountings which do not work with our normal intercooler kit. This kit will fit the factory OEM Nissan Bull Bar and Premcar Warrior Bull Bar with the optional internal winch cradle and carbon winch (warn winch NOT compatible) as pictured.

We have seen two variants of factory bull bar/Premcar warrior bull bar internal winch cradle.
One is offset to the front of the bull, one is offset to the rear. If you have a factory winch cradle that is a rear fit, ie the cradle is closer that 80mm to the radiator/AC condenser core then you will not be able to fit intercooler pipes as well. This variant may be a better option for other brands of bull bars that have oversized mountings.

When installing it is important to ensure there is 10-15mm of clearance between the intercooler pipes and anything else around it to ensure there will be no fouling.

Shoreline bull bars will require a small amount of grinding to remove around 10mm of material where the pipes pass the bull bar to ensure they don't rub)
